Council Approves Allera’s Development in Kingscliff NSW, to Build 24 Luxury Residences on Unique Waterfront Site
Allera has successfully acquired a premium waterfront development site of 2192sq m with a 35m frontage and unobstructed ocean views in the regional north coast town of Kingscliff, NSW. The land for this development was secured in two separate negotiations, the first a 1446sq m site at 140 Marine Parade, which had been held by a family for more than 60 years.
Partnering with award-winning architects Clarke Hopkins Clarke, plans were submitted by Allera to Tweed Valley Council for 24 luxury residences designed with a modern beach-house feel.
This month these plans have been approved by the council for two 4-storey apartment blocks, which will feature predominantly open plan three-bedroom luxury residences. According to Tweed Mayor Chris Cherry: “The approval of this project will pave the way for greater housing diversity in the area”. Equally enthusiastic of the location, Allera director Zach Morrison said “Kingscliff was coming of age with a strong growth projected.”
The two luxurious apartment blocks, appropriately named Marine & Pearl, will be located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of Kingscliff’s local shops and restaurants. It will also be a short drive from the new Tweed Valley Hospital and Gold Coast Airport.
According to Allera Director Zach Morrison: “the design of this $75 million project expresses a modern beachside feeling and coastal lifestyle with open plan living and ocean views.”
Allera is committed to creating a development that represents the best of the NSW north coast lifestyle. The Marine & Pearl residences will be built to the highest standards of construction quality, ensuring that they provide residents with a premier lifestyle to be enjoyed in the years ahead.
