Allera has acquired two projects in Orange, expanding into one of regional New South Wales’ most resilient service-based economies. Orange continues to benefit from strong demand driven by health, education, retail and government services, with ongoing infrastructure investment and tight housing conditions reinforcing the need for well-located residential and workforce accommodation.

The first project, Pineview Estate on Pinnacle Road, is a boutique 22-lot land subdivision located on the fringe of the Orange city centre. The site will be developed into a co-living facility for key workers, supporting FIFO and permanent essential staff such as doctors and healthcare professionals who require stable, well-located accommodation.
