Construction at Allera’s CABA Residences in Cabarita Beach continues to make strong progress, with March marking a productive month on site despite challenging weather conditions. The team has now completed all detailed excavation, with the basement structure advancing well. More than two thirds of the basement slab has been poured, and works on concrete footings and columns are nearing completion.

Following the impact of Tropical Cyclone Alfred, a robust de-watering system was implemented to manage elevated groundwater levels. This allowed construction to continue largely uninterrupted and has since been demobilised with no further de-watering anticipated.

With structural progress now well underway, preparations are in place for the installation of the tower crane in early May, signalling the move into the next phase of vertical construction. The project remains on track for its scheduled completion in Q1 2026.
