Allera’s Marine & Pearl development in Kingscliff has reached a major visual milestone, with the project’s distinctive curved precast concrete façade now being revealed on site. The emerging form marks a significant step forward in construction and brings the architectural intent of the building to life, setting the project apart within the Kingscliff beachfront context.

The curved precast elements define the building’s coastal character, delivering both architectural expression and construction efficiency, while reinforcing the quality and permanence of the finished outcome. As the façade takes shape, the scale and presence of Marine & Pearl are now clearly visible, signaling strong momentum toward completion.

With structural works largely complete and external detailing progressing, the project is firmly on track for completion in May this year. Internal works, services, and finishes are advancing in parallel, with all trades aligned toward final delivery.
