Allera has been appointed as financier’s development representative on the delivery of Chateau Project’s hybrid industrial and workspace precinct at 16 Station Avenue, Darra, providing independent oversight and strategic support to the broader project team. Acting on behalf of Labassa in its capacity as lender and equity participant, Allera’s role is focused on ensuring disciplined delivery while supporting the project team with clear governance, timely decision-making, and structured reporting.

The appointment reflects the increasing complexity of large-scale industrial developments and the growing role of financiers in requiring independent development representation to support both capital partners and delivery teams. Allera works closely with the developer, builder, consultants, and independent quantity surveyor to review progress claims, test construction and ancillary costs, and assess extension of time and variation claims, ensuring they are appropriately substantiated and aligned with the approved project parameters.

In addition to formal superintendent responsibilities, Allera participates in Project Control Group meetings, undertakes regular site inspections, and assists the project team by identifying emerging risks, clarifying issues early, and helping to resolve matters before they impact cost, program, or funding. This collaborative approach enables smoother project administration while preserving the independence required to protect financier and equity interests.
