Allera has successfully completed Aqua Mosman, a unique residential development in Sydney’s lower north shore suburb of Mosman. This project comprises four bespoke apartments designed by Corben Architects to blend with the natural surroundings and offer stunning water views of Middle Harbour.

Allera’s role included site acquisition, preparing and lodging a Section 4.55 modification with Mosman Council, and providing comprehensive development management services to secure Construction Certificate approval under the new Design and Building Practitioners Act. Jordan Reid, Allera’s Associate Director, expressed his pride in the project, highlighting the quality of workmanship and the challenges overcome in navigating the new regulations for Class 2 buildings in NSW.

Aqua Mosman was one of the first projects in NSW that required adherence to the Design Building Practitioners Act. The luxurious apartments feature marble countertops, Miele appliances, and private balconies and terraces. This project marks another milestone for Allera in delivering high-quality residential developments.
