Allera launches AQUA Mosman, partnering with Corben Architects and Captcha Property to deliver luxury residences.
Allera has announced the launch of AQUA Mosman, a new collection of four bespoke apartments designed to respond to the unique natural surrounds. The project is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in late-2023.
AQUA Mosman was thoughtfully designed by renowned local architects, Corben Architects, to ensure luxurious form and function extends through every space. Poised gracefully over Middle Harbour facing due north, the residences boast spectacular water views while maintaining the amenity of being nestled within an exclusive cul-de-sac in Sydney’s lower north shore.
The apartments feature a variety of luxurious finishes and amenities, including marble countertops, Miele appliances, and private balconies and terraces.
Allera has partnered with Captcha Property to provide comprehensive development management services on the project. The team has a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments, and they are confident that AQUA Mosman will be a success.
