Allera has partnered with a major private landowner to deliver a unique mixed-use development in the heart of Eden, NSW.

Eden is a coastal town in the South Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located 478 kilometers south of Sydney and is set on the third-deepest natural harbor in the southern hemisphere, Twofold Bay. The town is surrounded by pristine national parks for walking, hiking, and bicycle trails.

The unique site is located high above the Snug Cove Marina precinct, directly adjacent to the recently upgraded Cruise Wharf Terminal that caters to cruise ships up to 325m in length, the largest in the country. The site itself benefits from spectacular north facing views over Twofold Bay.

The vision for the site is a luxury mixed-use development with spectacular waterfront residences and a mix of carefully curated retail operators to complement the operations of the Cruise Wharf Terminal. The development will also include a range of public amenities, such as a waterfront park and a pedestrian promenade.
