Allera has partnered with a major private landowner to develop a vibrant and sustainable community in Cherrybrook. The project, which is located within the Cherrybrook Station Precinct, is a key part of the NSW State Government’s plan to transform Cherrybrook into a compact green village under the Cherrybrook Place Strategy.

The project will adjoin Landcom’s development of a mixed-use precinct that includes residential, retail, a new town centre, and commercial space. Allera is committed to working with the community to create a product that is respectful of the area’s heritage and natural environment.

Allera is working with the State Government to facilitate a rezoning of land in alignment with the Cherrybrook Place Strategy. The development would create a vibrant and sustainable new community that would provide much-needed housing to address the current undersupply across Sydney.

Allera’s role in the project spans from master planning, feasibility analysis, town planning, and development management.
