Allera has partnered with a major private landowner to deliver a mixed-use development in the heart of the Central West, NSW.

The proposed development will make use of a highly underutilised parcel of land that benefits from spectacular 270-degree views across the local mountain ranges. The development requires rezoning from Low Density Residential to Medium Density, and Allera is working with the landowner and local Council to prepare a Planning Proposal.

The vision for the site is a mixed-use development with spectacular residences of various sizes and typologies, and a mix of carefully curated retail operators to provide for the needs of the local community. The development may also include a range of amenities, such as a shared park, community library, and gym.

Allera’s role in the project involves feasibility analysis, design management, development management, and town planning. Allera, in partnership with the landowner, is committed to creating a development that will enhance the local community and provide more infill housing to assist supply constraints across NSW.

The development is currently in the planning stages.
