Southlink Logistics Park is a 8.5 hectare industrial development located in Moss Vale, NSW, near the Hume Highway. This strategic location offers excellent connectivity for businesses involved in local production, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. The park aims to become a central hub for logistics and business operations in the Southern Highlands, addressing the growing demand for industrial land in the region.

Allera has partnered with a private landowner to deliver this project. Allera’s involvement began with assisting in the acquisition of the site, leveraging their market knowledge and industry connections to secure a prime location that meets the underlying demand for quality industrial product in the area.

Following the site acquisition, Allera has developed and submitted the Development Application (DA), involving urban planning, environmental management, coordination with the consultant team and coordination with local authorities. Allera are currently working through the DA approval process with Wingecarribee Shire Council.

Following approval, Allera will transition to managing the overall development and delivery of the project. This includes overseeing sales and marketing, design documentation, works approvals, contractor appointment and delivery.

Southlink Logistics Park is expected to drive significant economic growth by attracting diverse businesses and creating numerous job opportunities.
