Allera was engaged as independent superintendent and financier-side development representative for the delivery of the hybrid industrial and workspace precinct at 16 Station Avenue, Darra, acting on behalf of Labassa Capital in its capacity as lender and investment partner.
Allera’s role is centered on protecting capital and maintaining transparency across the project, including detailed review of progress claims against independent quantity surveyor assessments, verification of ancillary costs, and rigorous assessment of extension of time and variation claims to ensure they are valid, substantiated, and do not inappropriately transfer value from project equity into construction margin. We provide ongoing oversight through regular PCG engagement, site inspections, and clear, structured reporting that extends beyond standard construction updates to address program, approvals, sales strategy, funding drawdowns, and key delivery risks.
