Allera acted as lead development manager for the acquisition, planning and delivery oversight of AQUA Mosman, a boutique residential project located in Mosman on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

AQUA Mosman comprises a collection of four bespoke apartments, thoughtfully designed to respond to the natural surrounds and maximise water vistas across Middle Harbour. The project reflects a strong focus on architectural quality, privacy and premium coastal living.

Allera’s role included assisting with the acquisition of the site, managing the preparation and lodgement of a Section 4.55 modification with Mosman Council, obtaining all required planning approvals, and providing comprehensive development management services. This extended through to oversight of Construction Certificate approval under the Design and Building Practitioners Act, ensuring compliance and disciplined project delivery.

The development was designed by renowned local practice Corben Architects, delivering a refined architectural outcome with a strong emphasis on form, function and materiality. The apartments feature high-end finishes throughout, including marble benchtops, Miele appliances, and generous private balconies and terraces.

AQUA Mosman is now complete.
