Allera has partnered with Captcha Property to assist in the purchase and development of a unique residential site in Sydney’s lower north shore suburb of Mosman, called AQUA Mosman.

AQUA Mosman is a new collection of four bespoke apartments designed to respond to the natural surrounds and capitalise on water vistas through to middle harbour.

Allera’s role in the project was assisting with acquisition, the preparation and lodgement of a S4.55 modification to Mosman Council and comprehensive development management services on the project to oversee Construction Certificate approval under the new Design and Building Practitioners Act.

AQUA Mosman was thoughtfully designed by renowned local architects, Corben Architects, to ensure luxurious form and function extends through every space. The apartments feature a variety of luxurious finishes and amenities, including marble countertops, Miele appliances, and private balconies and terraces.

With a successful pre-sales campaign, the project is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in the second half of 2023.
