Zach’s experience spans various senior and executive roles working across construction and project management, development site acquisitions, and full life cycle development management from inception to completion.
Zach’s success has ranged from strategic master planning and rezoning of large, underutilised assets for urban renewal, negotiation of significant development agreements with both State Government departments and ASX listed developers, and the acquisition and end to end delivery of various development projects across a range of asset classes.
Zach is equally committed to establishing and maintaining the Allera culture as he is in ensuring outstanding returns for our partners. Zach's leadership qualities, clear thinking and focus on expansive stakeholder management allows him to add value at all stages of the project lifecycle.
A vastly experienced strategic thinker with a unique combination of skills across land development, medium and high-density residential development, and all forms of construction.
With a proven track-record of success across all facets of residential property development David possesses the inherent ability to lead, manage, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
During his 40 years’ experience in development and construction David has held executive roles with major residential developers including Mirvac, Brookfield Multiplex, AVJennings, Walker Corporation & Metro Property Development.
In addition, David currently contributes his time, leadership, and governance skills as the Vice President of the Housing Industry Association of NSW, and as a member of the School Council and Chair of the Building and Infrastructure Committee of William Clarke College at Kellyville.
Jordan is a qualified solicitor in NSW, having spent 5 years at Maddocks Law Firm where he advised on a range of matters, including property acquisitions, capital raises, organisational advice, transaction structuring and general advisory. Jordan is critical to the origination of development sites and deal structuring as Allera continues its growth across various sectors.
More recently, Jordan has applied his versatile knowledge and skills to Due Diligence investigations and advice, development and project management, and the successful delivery of Allera projects across NSW.
Jordan’s technical property acumen combined with his strength in stakeholder management allows him to excel on any project and across the business in his capacity as Associate Director.
Jordan’s background in law and risk management is beneficial through all stages of the project life cycle and his legal knowledge is often relied on by the broader Allera team in day-to-day operations and transactions.
Stuart is an experienced Associate Director and qualified CPA with significant exposure to the full development life cycle, working across land lease communities, medium-density development and apartments for some of Australia's largest property companies including Ingenia Communities, Stockland, Centuria Capital, and Mirvac.
With an initial background in Finance (CPA qualified) Stuart gained significant experience in identifying and developing new land lease communities for Ingenia Communities in various locations, including Sydney, Brisbane, Lake Macquarie, Southwest Rocks and Lake Conjola.
Stuart joined Ingenia as the business was in its infancy with three active communities, helping to grow Ingenia into one of the largest ASX listed lifestyle and holiday developers. Following his role at Ingenia, Stuart joined Centuria Capital and then Mirvac, two of Australia's largest diversified property and investment groups, before joining the Allera team. Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge in development financing, accounting and tax structuring, business management, and end to end development management.
With over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, Lewis’ technical planning expertise and development management skills enable him to provide effective advice across residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational, health, and Government asset classes. Since returning from the United Kingdom in 2018, Lewis has held roles in private NSW practices, where he brings a global perspective in his approach to solving challenges in the NSW planning system.
Lewis prioritises partnerships, aiming to work proactively with the Councils and State Government authorities, maintaining an acute focus on commercial results for his partners.
Despite Allera Planning being based in Sydney, Lewis has recent experience collaborating with many regional NSW Councils, including Orange, Bathurst, Tweed Shire, and Bega Valley. Lewis has an extensive background in providing statutory and strategic planning advice, preparing Development Applications (including Regional and SSDA), and Planning Proposals. He prides himself on his ability to achieve positive and commercial outcomes, even in the most challenging projects.
Having commenced his career as an architect at a top tier Sydney firm, Simon has developed into highly experienced and versatile development professional who leverages his diverse experience to add value at all stages of the project life cycle. Simon has since held several senior positions in residential property development with demonstrated success in design development, project management, site identification, acquisitions, and end to end development management.
More recently Simon led the rezoning for a South West Sydney project which comprises over 2,500 residential lots, provision for apartments, a primary school, a local centre, playing fields and various other local parks and nature-based recreation.
Simon prides himself on developing and managing honest and transparent relationships with all project stakeholders, including landowners, consultants, financiers, Local and State Government Authorities.
